Online reviews for UK businesses, managed legally.

We monitor every review, write the responses, and run a compliant request system after every appointment, so your profile keeps growing without putting you on the wrong side of the DMCC Act 2024.

Human-reviewed

Always human

Every response is human-reviewed before publishing.

24 working hours

Reply target

Our target is a reply to every review within 24 working hours, counted during our published opening times. See our Terms for the full definition.

Google+

Platforms covered

Google as standard, plus Trustpilot, Facebook, Yelp and others managed where the platform allows.

Fully managed

Eyes on your profile

Your connected profiles are actively monitored as part of our managed service, so new reviews are picked up and answered within our target time.

Built for businesses like yours

Healthcare

Dental practices

Patient reviews carry more weight than any other marketing you'll do this year, and they're also the one place where a clumsy reply can breach GDPR. We write responses that protect patient confidentiality, demonstrate clinical care, and stay inside the rules that apply to UK practices.

Property

Estate agents

A prospective vendor will Google your firm long before they pick up the phone. UK property professionals describe online reputation as “paramount” for a reason: the deciding factor is rarely the valuation. It's the profile they see first.

Trades

Trades firms

Homeowners describe finding a tradesperson on Google as “a total lottery”, and they choose the firm that looks like it isn't part of that lottery. We make sure your profile is the one with the active responses, the recent reviews, and the rating that earns the call.

Right now, your online reviews are costing you customers

01

Unanswered negative reviews

Every negative review left without a professional response signals to potential customers that you do not care. Many consumers will avoid a business after reading even one unanswered negative review.

02

Competitors with better ratings

When a potential customer searches for a business like yours, they see your 3.9 stars next to your competitor's 4.7. Your competitor receives the enquiry. You do not.

03

No review strategy

Hoping that customers leave reviews does not produce results. Without a compliant system actively generating reviews from real customers, your profile stagnates while competitors continue to grow.

What it looks like when your reputation is doing the work for you

Every review answered while it still matters

We aim to publish a considered, on-brand reply within 24 working hours of every review landing on your profile. The next person scrolling your reviews sees a business that's paying attention, not one whose last response was eight months ago.

A steady flow of genuine reviews

Every customer who completes an appointment gets the same simple request to leave honest feedback. No filtering, no incentives, no asking only the happy ones. That is the only kind of review programme that survives the DMCC Act 2024.

Compliance built in, not bolted on

Every Noxvik plan starts with a DMCC Act audit and operates inside its rules from day one. If a competitor's review-management agency is still gating, filtering, or scripting fake reviews, your profile is the safer place to land.

What we do for you

Everything your online reputation needs. Nothing it does not.

Review monitoring & response

We monitor your connected review profiles as part of our managed service and aim to respond to every review within 24 working hours, counted during our published opening times. Google Business Profile is covered as standard; Trustpilot, Facebook, Yelp and other nominated platforms are covered on a reasonable-endeavours basis where that platform allows. Each response is professionally written, reviewed before publication, and consistent with your brand voice.

Automated review collection

After each appointment, your customer receives a review request by SMS or email. Every customer receives the same message with no filtering. Fully compliant with platform policies and the DMCC Act 2024.

Google Business Profile optimisation

We keep every element of your profile accurate and optimised, including opening hours, photographs, services, Q&A, and categories. A stronger profile ranks higher in local search results.

DMCC compliance audit

We assess your current review practices against UK law and platform policies. If anything places you at risk, we help you fix it before it becomes a problem.

Competitor benchmarking (Growth Plan)

We track up to three competitors' ratings, review volumes, and response patterns, so you always know where you stand.

Monthly reporting

A comprehensive monthly report covering your review growth, rating changes, and response rates. Clear, actionable data with no unnecessary jargon. Growth Plans also include competitor comparison.

Simple, transparent pricing

Every plan includes compliance auditing and GBP optimisation as standard. Protecting your business should never be a premium add-on.

New clients receive £100 off per month for the first 3 months · £300 off your first quarter

DMCC Act 2024 non-compliance: fines up to £300,000 or 10% of global annual turnover, whichever is higher. Compliance auditing is included on every Noxvik plan.

How it works

From initial consultation to measurable results in three steps.

1

We audit your reputation

We review your online presence, including your ratings, response history, and competitor landscape. You receive a free Reputation Scorecard showing exactly where you stand.

2

We build your system

We connect your review profiles, including Google Business Profile and any other platforms you nominate, and configure compliant review automation. Google Business Profile is fully managed; other nominated platforms are covered on a reasonable-endeavours basis where the platform allows.

3

We manage everything

From day one, every review is monitored, responded to, and reported on. You focus on running your business. We take care of your online reputation.

How Noxvik compares to the alternatives

Most UK businesses arrive having tried one of three other things. Here is how each one tends to fall short, and what Noxvik does instead.

Review software (Birdeye, Podium, NiceJob)

Software automates the request but leaves you to write every reply. Customer reviews of these tools repeatedly cite templated, AI-feeling communications and contracts that are hard to leave. Several still recommend review-gating practices that are now unlawful under the DMCC Act 2024.

Noxvik: a done-for-you service. Every response is written and human-reviewed before publication. Three-month minimum, then rolling 12-month terms with 30 days' notice to the term end.

DIY or in-house

Responses are reactive, inconsistent, and often defensive. Some reviews go unanswered for months. Nobody on the team owns the DMCC compliance question, which means the practices you have today may be the practices the CMA fines you for tomorrow.

Noxvik: every review answered within our 24-working-hour target, in your brand voice, with a documented compliance audit baked into every plan.

Generalist marketing agency

Online reputation is a side service, not a specialism. Most generalist agencies have not updated their playbook for the DMCC Act 2024, and responses are often written without the British voice or sector knowledge your reviews actually need.

Noxvik: UK-only, reviews-only. The DMCC Act and platform policies are built into our process from day one, not a bolt-on.

Common questions

We monitor, respond to, and grow your online reviews using compliant automation and professionally written responses. Every review receives a considered reply. Every customer is asked for honest feedback. You receive a monthly report detailing exactly what has changed.
No. Any agency that promises a specific rating is either being dishonest or operating outside platform guidelines. What we provide is a professional, compliant process that consistently generates genuine reviews and protects your profile. The rating improves as a natural result of that process.
Yes. Our entire service is built around compliance. We follow the published terms of every platform we work with, including Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, and Yelp, alongside the UK's Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. No fake reviews, no incentives, no filtering, no shortcuts.
We notify you, draft a professional response, and aim to publish it within 24 working hours. We can flag reviews that may violate platform policies and submit disputes where appropriate.
Results build gradually rather than overnight, and the pace depends on factors specific to your business, including how many customers you serve, how active your profile already is, and how consistently feedback is requested. We focus on a steady, compliant process that protects your profile rather than a short-term push that risks suspension, and we report on progress every month so you can see exactly what is changing.
The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 is UK legislation that makes fake reviews, undisclosed paid reviews, and the suppression of genuine reviews unlawful. Fines can reach £300,000 or 10% of global annual turnover, whichever is higher. We audit your practices and help you stay compliant.
Yes. During your first 3 months you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice, no penalty. After the first 3 months, your agreement rolls into a 12-month commitment. You can give 30 days written notice to leave at the end of any 12-month term. If you stop the service mid-term, you remain liable for fees up to the end of that term. Full detail is in our Terms of service.
Less than running it yourself, but not nothing. Day-to-day, mark appointments as completed in your booking system so we know when to send review requests. You also keep customer consent records for the contact details you share with us (required by PECR), maintain Manager-level access on the platforms we administer, and respond to occasional queries from us within a few working days. The full list is in our Terms of service.
